Buying a house can be stressful, but Randy does his best to try to make it as seamless as possible. Randy kept us in the loop the entire time and was very responsive.
We had been talking to Randy for a few months and we were planning to purchase a home in July. In April, we came home and found a note on the door from the apartment manager where we were renting that stated the complex had been sold and we had 30 days to move. We called Randy on a Saturday, and within hours he connected us with a loan officer who reviewed our finances and types of loans we would be eligible for.
The next day, Randy took us to see several houses. Since we had already been looking, we pretty much knew what we wanted and made an offer by Sunday night, only after Randy did his due diligence to make sure we were not just purchasing this home out of fear, stress, and excitement.
With Randy's help, guidance, and persistence with the seller's agent, loan officers, and title agency, we ended up closing by the last week in April and we were able to move right from the apartment to our new beautiful home!
Throughout the entire process, Randy was always courteous, professional, and seemed to really care about our best interest and not just closing a deal. We can't thank him enough!
